Thank you for taking time to learn more about me. I am an award-winning creative innovator with more than 10 years of experience in marketing, public relations and traditional/new media.

I have extensive expertise in writing and editing, advertising development, photography, video production, interactive development, new media and business management. Best of all, I have a working knowledge of each skill.

This unique blend of talent allows me to be an effective leader, teacher and mentor. I am currently looking for a creative position in an organization that will challenge my skills and allow me to be part of a creative team.

My most recent experience was with Child's Art Photography Studio where I served as manager and executive photographer. As a third generation photographer, I brought fresh ideas and creative projects into the business which added additional revenue streams and saved the company thousands of dollars. During my time there I learned many business and marketing lessons that can only be gained through hands-on experience.

Prior to my position at Child's Art, I worked for Southern Company subsidiaries Alabama Power and Southern Nuclear as a Senior Electronic Communications Specialist. While at Southern Company, it was my responsibility to strategically disseminate information using electronic communication vehicles such as web sites, e-mail, streaming video, and CD-ROM just to name a few.

I attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and am a proud "survivor" of one of the toughest public relations programs in the country.

I currently reside in Gadsden, Alabama with my wife Leslie and two children. My hobbies include scuba diving, photography, fine dining and traveling.
